If you get a CEL, and it goes away, how long can it be read at the dealership?
I had the blinking CEL a few weeks ago (twice in one day), but it hasn't come back yet. I was thinking maybe if I took it to the dealer and they pulled a misfire code that I could get new coils under warranty... or is this wishful thinking?
