DVB-T TV conversion

I am about to buy a DVB-T TV tuner converter to convert my japanese rx8 tv from NTSC to digital. I will use a tuner like this: http://lisa-autodiag.en.made-in-chin...-TV-Tuner.html

and it requires that the car's tv has audio-in and video-in, that's all as far as I was informed.

My car has navi dvd-rom player at the rear seat (no conversion for video, only sat which doesn't work because it's japanese again)

What I want to know is:
1) where will I install this unit? In the dashboard where the tv unit is located?
2) at the back where the dvd is located? (I was told that this is the place but will I find the audio/video-in jacks there and all the other signal cables necessary or will I need to disassemble the from dashboard as well?
