AR Dsc and Tcs wont turn off help

Ok this is weird sometimes my dsc and tcs wont turn off i never pushed the button for them to go off i just start up my car and there are the lights indicating that they are turned off now sometimes only the tcs is off it started doing this when it started getting cold any ideas why it is doing this

did you recently or slightly before this started happening have the tires or wheels changed? rotated? and alignment done? brake job?

yes something has altered enough to make the dsc/tcs unhappy.which did you have done?

get them balanced and have the wheel sensors checked that they weren't damaged
