I've noticed in the last few weeks that my DSC seems to almost never intercede with my driving, even when it's wet out and my back end fishtails or kicks out. There are no CEL's or warning lights to indicate that it is malfunctioning and on some drives it does actually come on, but mostly it doesn't.

I tried holding down the DSC butting on the dash until the indicator light stayed on, then switched off the engine and switched it back on. This seemed to "lower" the threshold, but I could be just imagining things. Days later it seemed to be back at the higher threshold. In fact, I'm wondering if it's working at all sometimes.

Is this the way it should be, or should I go get this checked out?
