Anyone know where the fuse for the display is located?

Why are you looking for a fuse?
Your pic verifies that it does (sometimes) gets voltage.
Plus... the LCD doesn't have a dedicated fuse, its plugged into the back of the radio HU.
So if it was a bad fuse... none of the radio functions (and other devices) would work.

You need to remove the HU and check for loose connections... mainly where it plugs into the back of the HU.

shawns, do this. You stated, in another thread, that your lights are causing problems with your radio. All the problems point to the connections on your HU. Pull it out, disconnect it, plug the connectors back in and see what happens. There are DIY posts on how to remove the HU. I've done it twice myself.
