Differences between Phase 1 and Phase 2?

I know by the title it sounds like I'm just asking random questions but hear me out. I saw the Chip Foose customized 8 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend and that got me thinking...
Can you swap phase 1 taillights for phase 2? What else can be changed over?
I see the interior looks the same except for some changes to the HVAC controls.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks

No, it is not a direct swap. It would take quite a bit of custom work to make it fit. Electronics would not be a problem, but the S2 taillights stick out farther than S1
