Dealership Engine install Questions????
Hey everyone. I just got the bad news that my engine needs to be replaced. It has 115000 miles on the original engine. I just got a quote from the local dealer of $3800.00 + tax to install a factory REMAN... Is there anything that I need to ask or have done while this is being done??? Any money saving tips????

if its 3800 bux + tax (which is like another 2-3 hundred bux. its not THAT BAD actually.
Of course you need to ask why. Is it because your engine had low compression numbers? Have they tried the Zoom Zoom cleaning ? what were the vacuum numbers ?
