Have you tried spraying penetrating lubricant on it and let it sit for a few min?
I remember mine was a bitch to get off also.
Just don't bend the e-shaft positioning plate and remember to reset the PCM after you're done.

This is why I tell people not to install aftermarket pulleys... they are a PITA to remove sometimes and you get no added performance value.
So all that work and frustration for nothing...

yea i read few of your thread about pulley not worth it
but i got it for 30 bucks + shipping
couldn't resist little gift for my 8.
i sprayed some lubes before i came up.,
hopely it worked out.
and i think i might have bent my e-shat plate.
just tiny bit but i might not. not sure. have to see it after taking the pulley off
i put screwed driver between the plate and pulley and rethoght and took it out.
gonna see it and make sure everything is good after taking the pulley out

thanks for your help

Its been many years since I had mine off so memory is a little fuzzy... but I think I tapped mine with a hammer.
Hit the upper front rim face of the pulley (not the side grooves) and then turn it 1/4 turn, hit the top front face again, turn it 1/4 turn... etc.
Just keep turning and tapping to work it free.
I believe this is what I did to get that off.
