Constant Stalling at stops... HELP

Hi, I am new to this forum. I bought my 8 about 3 months ago, an 04 6spd, It seems like every stop sign or any time I am driving and put the clutch in and let the rpm's drop the car will stall, so i usually just start it back up. It started doing this about a week ago. It usually runs fine till its completely warmed up. It always idles fine when it is just sitting. It has stalls at stops, slowing down or coasting. if the clutch is in. Basically whenever the rpm's drop, they drop to fast and it trys to catch but usually doesnt catch.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Have the engine compression checked by someone who knows what they're doing. Like a "real" Mazda-trained tech, for instance. Where are you located?

Sometimes even a *trained* mazda tech can mess things up.

Where are you located ? Try to find someone in your area who knows a *GOOD* dealership nearby.

i live in central illinois, by peoria. So far today it hasnt died. I read somethin a while ago about pumping the brakes while the key is in the on position(not started) i dont remember what it is supposed to do, but i did that late last night and its been fine today. It might have fixed it but im not 100% sure.

Too bad, if you lived near south-central PA I would check your compression gratis.

I was going to recommend that and clearing the PCM with an OBD2 scanner. If those don't do it a compression check would be next ...

I vote for sticking apex seal due to carbon buildup.
