Clutch- need tips
at 108,xxx miles clutch went out im curently looking into buying a new one but would like some suggestions. the car is strict daily driver not tracked but street raced and drifted when i rains lol. so my ques is would a light fly wheel be worth buying since its a street car? and does anyone know how good sr motorsports clutches are? are they realiable direct fit customer service good stuff like that or does anyone recomend any clutch and street light flywheel. any tips would help thanks -Kevin
I would definitely suggest a lighter flywheel because its one of the best ways to "free up power". The less rotational mass there is, the more energy will eventually reach the wheels. Check out this thread...

Regarding the clutch, after doing some research myself, alot of people say just stay stock (especially on a daily driver, with traffic) but see for yourself:

SR motorsports stuff are WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY overpriced.
for FW u have lots of choices, Mazdaspeed or BHR Flywheel might be what u want/need
For clutches, no reason to go nuts just get Stock or Exedy Stage 1.
