clutch issue?

i did a search and read through some threads and could not find any other complaints of this issue im having...

clutch works fine most of the time, but within the past two days when I stop every once and a while I get locked out and the car wont go into any gear. The clutch pedal gets soft and i cant put it into first. I rev up a couple of times, let the car roll a foot or two and then it works fine and I have pressure back in my pedal.

Im thinking I might have a leak in the clutch master cylinder or something but cant locate the reservoir. The only reservoir i see id the brake reservoir on the right side of the firewall.

Anyone have this issue before? feedback?

Thanks in advance!

have you checked to see if you are down on fluid in the master cylinder? what is the condition of the clutch hose?
