got the same sound, mine sounds like it is coming from the rear passenger wheel area. It is at the dealer as we speak. They checked everything and said it all was perfect. So when I get it back, I will still have the noise. Makes me angry! My sound just happens at low speeds like in a parking lot and does not have to be bumping though. Anyone have any recommendations?

My noise was fixed ! I was getting mine in the area of the rear passenger tire at slow speeds, clicking rattling sound. At first dealer said nothing at all was wrong, just how the 8 is which i thought was a little BS for "we don't know what it is". But then they were repairing my tire pressure sensor (light was always on) and discovered that the sensor tab inside the tire had broke and the sensor was flapping around loose inside the tire. took it out replaced it and now no tps light and no noise! Might help someone else with similar noise.

Have them loosen and re-torque all the suspension points.
Solved a similar problem on my 8.

I had a similiar "clanging noise" everytime I went over bumps. Do you have lowering springs in them? If so, it's just the spring bounching around in the lower strut perch. You can wrap the spring with some tape or an equivalent to get rid of the noise. If not, take it to the dealership and let them get their hands dirty.

I had a similar clunking from the suspension. I took it to the dealer who told me that they checked everything and all was fine at that they were "unable to reproduce". I checked under the car the next Saturday and found oil all over the front right spring denoting a blown shock. I bought Konis and got away from the stock shocks altogether. Check under the car for oil on the spring bases and maybe that's what you have too.
