Unhappy Check Engine Light

Okay, new '05 MT- 167miles and the check engine light comes on... I have not refueled, and I double checked the gas cap to make sure it was on tight from the get go... It came on right when I started up leaving from work... I am being careful during the break in time, not keeping at same speed, no full throttle starts, etc... What could be the problem? Did anyone else have this issue? I want to be a little more informed before I go to the dealership tomorrow!!!!!

Help!

I had the same problem when I first got mine. Took it in, they did the new flash, did some other recall stuff and it fixed the problem. Hasn't been on since.

it is still goign to be an evap test failure. have them pull the code to make sure. if it wasnt caused by the cap you could have an actual leak somewhere that needs to be fixed/
