You can always pull the HORN relay... but then you won't have any sound.
Or remove the connection from the keyless control module that energizes the horn relay, so that way you'll have no sound unless you press the horn button on the steering wheel.
Only other way is to change out the horns themselves to something quieter.

is it possible for me to just change the sound when i lock the door?
cuz my frd has g35 and i like the horn sound when he locks his car
but the horn itself has different sound when he actually honks.
Not without additional modifications.
You would still need another (quieter) horn and you would need to remove the Keyless Control Module connection to the HORN relay and have it go to a different relay (which you'll need to add) so it energize that relay instead.
Then you wire the new horn to the new relay.

In the 2nd diagram I show how this can be accomplished.
The red components are new items that will need to be added.
Don't laugh at it, I am limited by the software at work so I only have MS Paint and Word

just press lock before you close your door (ie turn car off, step out, press LOCK on your door, all doors lock) and then when you slam it shut the lights will just blink with no horn noise.

Jon's solution looks pretty easy and painless. It would be nice to come up with a circuit that would play 2 horns for the lock. Then you could get the "zoom-zoom-zoom" tune !!
Some people may like that audible assurance that their alarm is armed.
I have no problem with that, so why should I try to change what someone does with their car.
Basically... even your owner's manual states that you when you press the 'LOCK' button on the transmitter, the hazard lights will flash indicating the system is armed.
It doesn't say anywhere that the car has to "honk" for the alarm to be active.

Some people like to arm the car as they're walking away. I guess they don't have time to watch for the light flash. You know how Type A people are...

And, some people like the honk because it sort of advertises that the car is now locked and armed -- just in case any bystanders were getting ideas.
