Change default front seat angle?

Change default front seat angle?
I've looked and looked and can't find any info on this...
If you pull the handle and the front seat folds forward, and then you pull the seat back up to "upright," in my car it's still leaning forward quite a bit. It's enough that the person sitting in the seat can't sit in it until you pull the handle again to "lean it back" a bit.
Does anyone know of a way to adjust the "default angle" for the seats? Or, am I the only one that has this weird seat problem?
