Car won't start - CEL and Battery light

Hi Guys,

Went to start my car this morning and it won't start. When I put the key in I get a CEL and battery light. Turn the key and it clicks, dash lights go out nothing else. Disconnecting the battery does not clear the CEL.

I drove the car last night and no problems. I had a friend try a boost and same results. We even switched batteries and my battery starts in his car but his doesn't work in mine.

I cleaned the battery terminals and checked the ground near the battery. I also looked through the fuses and didn't see anything blown. That said the 120A looked fine but I'm not 100% sure as it looks different than other 120A fuses I've seen in pictures on the forums.

At this point my only guess is a stuck neutral switch. Any ideas?

Turns out the starter magically died overnight. Seriously what is wrong with Mazda? Why is this car so unreliable?
