if its a manual you can try to push start it.

and if the engine is flooded you should replace the plugs.

did you hold the gas down and crank the key for 10 seconds?

Some people just pull the fuel pump relay, remove the plugs(clean them), turn the car over and over(better have a good battery) to purge all the fuel and then re-insert the plugs and relay...........search for those threads, but............... http://www.finishlineperformance.com...5-08-1883f.pdf

FYI.......here's what the last person did that we were assisting and it was an auto as well.

"Thanks for everyones help. I got it started a few mins ago! I ended up pulling the fuse and cranking a lot. I heard the engine start to make a different compession noise. I popped the fuse back in and finally got it to hit a few times. After about 5 trys of depressed crank then normal crank finally got it to start. It was reving on its own to about a grand then dying, so right when it got there I stomped on gas to cut off fuel and it finally caught on."

yeah I"m about to make this a sticky......

HOW TO UNFLOOD IF OWNER'S MANUAL PROCEDURE DOES NOT WORK
1: Jack up car
2: Take driver's side tire off
3: Remove spark plugs with a 21mm wrench/socket(or 13/16")
4: Remove fuel pump fuse
5: Crank engine till all the fuel comes out the plug holes
6: Reinsert spark plugs with the same wrench as before
7: Put Tire back on
8: Lower car
9: Finish your beer then start it up.....haha
