i bought my 2004 rx8 after it was just sitting there for a little over a year. the car had really low mileage around 19000 and im at 25xxx miles now. i want to get some things replaced such as ignition coils, spark plugs, and maybe even the fuel sock as it is probably really dirty from the car sitting there for so long but is this necessary? will the fuel sock be really clogged up? i usually only get about 200 miles before the light comes on and i have to fill up with about 13 gallons giving me 15mpg.

 

I get about the same MPG as you do. The new coils n stuff might increase ur mpg
