A/C Help... posted before? Probly... but be kind and help anyhow :-D (I did search..)

Okay so I think forum etiquette stipulates that I'm supposed to apologize for posting this when I know someone else has likely posted and I'm just supposed to search, but honestly, I'm sorry, I'm not sorry searching a forum of this size with any sort of useable result seems... well impossible, even more impossible now that I have to type some stupid verification code EACH time I try to seach, way to discourage the habit me thinks. Oh well.

So that being said, my A/C worked in the morning and now only blows hot, I've checked coolant level, all the fuses, and I can't see any evidence of my compressor actually coming on, is there something simple that sometimes goes wrong? Should I take away her battery and see if she has just "locked up" or am I in for another exiciting trip to the stealership?

Thanks, also if someone could link me to the thread that has the instructions to make your A/C cycle longer, that would be excellent as I've litterally been using the search function for 26 minutes and can't find it. It's probably a snake and thankfully doesn't bite.

Oh yeah, and remember the bobcat guy, yeah that's me... now its time for a 3rd front bumper of the year, this time, I tractor trailer tire re-tread got thrown up on my, spider-cracks all over the front bumper, and my hood is dented, the roof scratched, and my sun-roof now rattles. Yay me.

Update:

I found the A/C reprogram instructions.

Also, my compressor coming on, the coolant lines do get cold and have moisture, however the air coming inside is most definately HOT, not like heater hot, like... tailpipe hot.

Some people have reported that the control door has stuck in either the hot or cold position before. You may try moving the temperature control back and forth between the two extremes a few times to see if this will unstick it. If nothing changes, I'd take it to the dealer if still under warranty.

Its a past recall and you need to take it to the dealer, its the control arm for the hot/cold temp ****. I had the opposite effect of cold air during the winter when it was on hot. You should take it soon to because the part usually has to be ordered as they rarely keep it in stock.
