When I turned the key to the ON position, I heard a buzzing/chirping sound. Not a healthy one, but like a cold-fire stick that kids light up during christmas/new years.

Is it normal, or not?

 

Not sure if that's normal. Can you get it on video? Have a friend start the car and try to capture the noise.
Are you sure it's not your fuel primer?

 

Out of curiosity, did anybody figure this out? Happened to me today. Unplugged the wiring harness connecting to the throttle body and the noise went away. Plugged it back in and then I get engine codes. Anything helps. Thanks.

 

The specific engine codes would help more than anything
