Broken ebrake piece

Hi I'm not 100% this belongs here but I had my rx8 in the shop for an ecu replacement at the mazda dealership. they broke the plastic piece of the ebrake that covers the metal crap. Anyways theyre saying that they dont know if they did it but even if they did its not their fault since they dont know if the part was a;ready cracked or loose.

So i guess im fucked and will have to buy a new handbrake cover. Ive been looking for them all over the internet but i cannot find it. and im not going to be buying it from the dealership after what they did.

Same thing here...I just havent worried about it... Onlinemazdaparts.com will probably have the best price... I have ordered several things from them and they are great.

There was a TSB out for this... if you're still under warranty, you should be able to get it replaced. I had this done twice.
