Brake pad size for MT 2005
I don't seem to be able to find info about the sizes of the front/rear brake pads for the MT 2005 RX-8 (with grand touring).
I noticed that the ones on the front is slightly larger than the ones on the rear. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Shouldn't the driving wheel have larger pads?

Your front pads are larger because of the cars inertia. G forces put all the weight forward when stopping. More weight/mass is pushing towards the front end as the car stops and the rear end becomes lighter.
So it is necessary to have larger brakes in the front than the rear.
I don't know what you are concerned with the size of the pads for ?
Just search for the word "Brake Pads" and you will find all kinds of info on this forum.
