Hello, I am dealing with a similar problem with the map sensor. The code my vehicle shows when diagnosing is p0120 and reads manifold pressure absolute or something like that. My question is how do i determine if the sensor is faulty or can it be another problem that involves cables

 

there is no valid P0120 code on an RX8, typically that code only comes up on an RX8 when using a cheapo OBD2 scanner
