woops sorry for caps didnt realize they were on....

 

mine flashes 4 times short pause... then 9 times long pause... can anyone tell me what that means? I have a good idea that it means I screwed with the wiring under the seats & side airbag, and I'm %99.9 certain its from the driver's seat.

Hi everyone. Im new to the post. Just been to the dealers with my 2005 5spd rx8 here in south africa. The common fault with this as picked up by mazda pcs is the detonator tensioner for the seatbelt on both the passenger side and driver side. By unclipping the cables under the seat... honestly wont help. This detonator works with the seatbelt to pull you back so you dont get hit full force with the airbags. Its a very delicate unit so I wont chance playing with it. If anyone got feedback on this. Please let me know Thanks
