Airbag Flashing any one knows why ?

Airbag Flashing any one knows why ?

ok well today after leaving the mall i start my car and then the Airbag Started flashing ! it flashed like this (( 2 , 3 )) five times 2 flashes then 3 , pause then again five times the stayed solid ! any one had this happen to them or know why ??

Passenger side--- side airbag module problem. Power supply short circuit or a side airbag module resistance problem.

Yeah mate, it's safe to drive. Just don't hit anything.... :p . Code B1996, B1997, B1998 or B1999 will show up when they run the diagnostics.

It has happened to me before as well, and when I wiggled the wires under the seats it didn't come back. I think the connectors under the seats are not that secure. Just a thought.

Yeah, they'd give you a high resistance problem....

how did you get the cods ? or i shoulde say where did you get them from ?

well its not doing it any more for some reson i did not even do any thing to it lol i guse its kool now :D

happened to me - I think mine was driver side...

Passenger side cables for me. My 10-year-old shoved his feet under the seat and loosened them up a bit. Dealer diagnosed it over the phone. Made sure the connection was tight and the light went off.

ill have to check this too my light came on after i disconnected my battery rrrrrrr always something

I think mine it`s a passenger seat,no more flashing the light
