accelerate problem

accelerate problem

whenever i accelerate hard over 3000rpm , my 8 seems to shake or kinda pulling back( kinda like you are stalling?). but the if i do that in 1st and 2nd gear, the car is smoother. has anyone experienced anything like this or know what problem it is?

Please give us some info on your car,A/T or M/T, miles,what service has been done,air filter,spark plugs,reg or prem gas,type of driving it gets,short trips,city mostly,red lined much? Just any info you can think of......

its a 04 6gear, ive got around 50k km, just did the 4 yrs service, i drive this around the city and i dont really red line it, ocassionally get up to 8500rpm
problem has been around for quite a while now
