30k service
I love tustin mazda
the relay in the window broke and they fixed that
they also rotated the tires, changed the oil, changed spark plugs per manual instruction for 37k miles and completed the 30k service
the bill was 470.00 but all covered under warranty
the car is running great and the gas mileage seems a tad better for some reason

I had my 30K last week - I've been really racking up the miles as of late.
30K Service + Replace the plastic fasteners for the wheel well (thanks to a truck retread) = $525 Unfortunately I don't have the card
Here is what was on the receipt:
Rotate tires, Complete Tune Up, Replace Cabin & Air Filters, Flush all Fluids, Check Belts & Hoses, charge system.
Update:
451.11 for 30K service
33.57 to fix Mud Guard "Clips"
13.77 Enviro charges
30 tax

Still got a long ways to go before I hit 30,000 on the new one.
i called again today to make the schedule, they told me 647 for the service...that is a lot higher then the original quote. i am going to have to call again tomorrow to find out why this is so much higher then what everyone else is quoting
Galpin Mazda mailed me a coupon for $290.00 + tax, about $314. Still is a lot for an oil change plus a list of inspections. On the other hand, they gave me a 05 mazdaspeed miata as free rental for 4 days the last time I went there, it was a blast. One thing about Galpin is that they have good services and provide nice free rental cars. It depends on your luck. I've gotten Mustang GT, Mazdaspeed Miata and few Focus all for free while the car is in their shop. Maybe I'll go back.
I just did my 30K service. They billed me $616 (includes tax). Actually they combined 30K and 37.5K services together. They changed oil everywhere, replaced brake fluid, spark plugs and both air filters (intake and air conditioner).
I know, I know. I used to do oil change myself, but ceased it ten years ago. When I can afford to not get dirty I prefer to outsource the job. Moreover it is a major pain to do something under the car if you don't have a lift.
I'm resurrecting this thread because my 30K service is quickly approaching. I have heard a lot about this free service card that was given to early buyers of the car. I bought this car used last year, but I'm not sure if the guy had this card. (It's a 2004) I will check the folder with all the info he gave me next week when I get back home from school. Does the build date on my car have anything to do with this free service. If he got this card, but forgot to give it to me, will Mazda have it in their computer? Somehow I doubt they will tell me if I'm eligible even if they know I am. Thanks for the help!
