04 RX8 seals size

Hello!
Just disassemble the engine because of low compression in both rotors.
Each seals on the rotor is not broken, but apex springs and apex seals was all around rotor housing when I took off the rotor. So I have a question: what thickness is supposed to be normal on Apex Seal Tips, Apex Seals, Apex Seal Springs?
Also, do I need to take off the Oil Control Rings, Metal Oil Scraper Ring, Oil ring springs if they looks not damaged!?
PS. looks like that engine was rebuilded before...

Like another engine builder once told me, do it right or do it twice. Replace everything and verify that the housings, irons and rotors are all in usable condition, and replace those if needed. Apex seals running around the motor usually leave marks.... Otherwise you'll just be doing this again soon.

you want the 2mm apex seals if that is what you are talking about

if you are talking about side seals you can buy the lettered seals but you should have them cut individually by an experienced individual ...like SARX....lmao

some people just don't get it no matter how many times you tell them ... but in case it's not clear, there is a separate Mazda service manual specifically for the Renesis engine that addresses all of this in it. This is just an example, you might find it for less somewhere else
