Would Interceptor X do me any good?

All I have right now on my 04 AT, is a nice Intake and exhaust. Would that interceptor X do me any good in the subject of HP? Would it increase HP and all? I've read alot about it, but most people have that with FI. What would the Interceptor X do without going FI? Or is that a waste of money?

I also plan on doing the AP crank pulley in the near future too. If that makes a difference.

Yes it will!
20rwhp gains on a automatic are pretty common in my experience.

I thought you only got the CEL if you were using it with FI?

You could always get a scangauge to check your codes every few days.

A couple of members have posted that they did not have a cel but every one I know who has the X has the cel regardless of other mods. Check daily with the scangauge and you should be OK.

I assume I'm going to need someone to tune the Int X for me? I can't just plug it in and BAM 20 more HP. Do I need a tuner that specializes in rotaries? Or doesnt it matter in this case?

Quazmosis,

I would consider going straight to the source for some info. Head over to the Mazsport threads, or PM MazsportScott.
