rx-8 intake
For you stock is about as good as it gets.
https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-aftermarket-performance-modifications-23/stock-intake-vs-racing-beat-109949/ is a good place to start reading, you can do a search for Intakes. But the bottom line is even on 6-speeds Intakes provide little gain and those gains are in the upper RPM range. You can't get above 7,500 so expect an intake to only provide noise on your AT.

I'm running the racing beat w/ram air. It seems like most popular but some others are AEM and K&N and a couple of others. I'm very happy with the racing beat. You'll probably get flamed for not searching so be prepared.

the ram air replaces the stock tube and gives more air flow in from the front of the car. It takes up the entire lower portion of the grill. I think it gives you the best fresh and cool air but like other people have said you want get alot of extra power out of it. I like the sound of the R/B intake it's more throaty but not stupid loud, and you only really hear it when you get on it.
