Lets think logically here now. Assuming you could produce an electric motor with enough power to produce enough boost to make an effect to the 1300 cubic centimeters of displacement, do you really think it'd be cheap? Think of all the parts on the car...can you think of any major part that'd cost - what is it...- $100? Not gonna happen.
