Eibach pros installed this weekend
Hey guys I rarely post but thought I would give a review of the last two mods. I have a 05 AT with around 42k on the od. I have only had the car about 6 months.
Three weeks ago I picked up some 18" wheels from a guy I work with with the original tires. They only had about 3k on them. The first thing I noticed was how hard the steering was after they were installed. I really didn't enjoy it as much. Anywho I drove it a few weeks to get used to it.
This last weekend I had the chance to install the springs, the rears were actually easier than the fronts.
Now I live in the valley of the sun and have a nice 17 miles of curved road about 45 min away. Last night around midnight I drove the car over for a test ride. Before with the stock tires and springs would work good but I really didn't know what to expect. This time thru I felt like the car was bored and wanted me to drive it faster. At the same speeds as before the car handled with no issues at all. Next weekend I will make a trip up to salt river canyon and give a report out. This car may not be fast but cornering in this thing is incredible.
