AT drivers footrest

Question for those in the know.

AT drivers footrest.

Advertised on many a Mazda USA parts site

part # FE01-V8-210

Can anyone advise if this is a lhd item only or does it fit a rhd RX-8.......???

Same with the aluminium accelerator pedal.

it really looks like it because it slants that way and the bolts go that way too. they dont sell these in Australia?
