My automatic runs great from about 4500 to 6 or 6500rpm after that falls on its face till redline. Does the cz unit take care of that and does the six speed react like this also. It would be a great improvement to have full power to redline.

 

hmm, mine doesn't do that. pulls all the way to 7800 rpm. A cz unit could fix the problem, if it's tuning related. It could be an electric or mechanical problem, such as the throttle body not opening the correct amount. You might want to have a dealer look at it, though convincing them to do anything can be a pain sometimes.

 

OK, so the debate about the MT falling off after 7K is incorrect if a 4-Port AT is doing it... All this loss of top end power could very well be way to rich of a mixture and not enough oil injected to seal it up properly.
