zex nitrous accesories
I have been reading your nitrous thread and was going to post on it but ther are so many pages no one will see my post i doubt it. So i was reading and someone asked what accessories to get for the zex kit besides gauges ect.
1. You will most defenatley want a window switch. this allows you to controll when you want the nitrous to activate and disactive on rpm lvl. so you still have your wot controller but say when you do go full throttle your nitrous will not spray till 3000 rpm keeping you from spraying from a dead to slow stop. and can disengage it say around 8500 or 9k rpm so you dont spray on your redline. also each gear can be programmed when to spray and when to stop.
2. electric bottle opener definatley a must have. you dont want to drive around all the time w/ your bottle opened nore do you have to have to open and close the trunk everytime you want to use it.
3. bottle warmer.
4. a purge kit. not only looks sweet but removes any air or moisture build up in your lines so you have a nice strong clean spray.
all these items run a lil over a 100 bucks a piece and will defenatley will be happy with purchasing them. i know when my zex kit gets here and i put it on my rx8 those all will be on my car.
well theres my two cents hopes this helps some people

Well Thank you for you input. I was not meaing these things are neccessary but are nice to have. If you want to get critical you dont even need nitrous just keep the car how it is. if you wanted something faster shoulda bought a gto or such. I should have been more clear about how i wrote that. these are just accessories if you have to money and want to use them. now window switch i do dissagree about not needing one. if you do drag racing and spray nitrous it is a very effective safe way to spray if your what i like to call *rice racing* from a role then no its not really neccessary. Well thanks again for you input not tryin to bash or argue.

p.s. if you are not the greatest driver and cannot do as such as charles with the reving. then imho you want a window switch its very east to miss a gear or mess a startup.. do that and the outcome w/ spraying nitrous into an under reved or overeved motor could be very costly
