Zex Ejector Amplifier

Does anyone know if it's possible if i get the zex nitrous kit, could i run the zex ejector air amplifier on my k&n air intake? If so, does it make a bigger improvement over the k&n air filter?

The Zex amp is for dry nitrous systems, which are a hassle on the 8 because re-flashing the PCM hasn't been done yet.
