Will installing a BOV effect my base map?
If I set it up to recirculate, will the bov effect my stock greddy base map?

I am not quite ready to dyno my car because I am still waiting for my emanage ultimate upgrade kit.

if you recirculate, it should be fine.

you can do it even without recirculate, it will run fine ... maybe bog down when you shift.
