wastegate actuator

Hi, I'm "new" in this forum, usually I don't write because my English is orrible.
So, I have a 2005 rx8 MT with greddy turbo kit+bnr upgrade.
Unfortunately my wastegate actuator is broken, i must buy a new one.

I'm seeing in APT product this: Internal Wastegate Actuator - Special 7 psi
or this: Wastegate Actuator 28RS style, 14 PSI

What do you think about?
Which is better?

Than you
Riccardo

they are referring to the minimum boost pressure you will be able to achieve if the wastegate is flowing properly. You don't want a 14psi spring on a Greddy turbo.

As far as those fitting on the BNR, you will have to talk to him about that.
