FREE POST!!!!!! anyway....senquential turbos are better for a piston car hence the SUPRA TT(damn i love those cars) but one turbo is the way to go on a rotary if you want to really get the power go with the 20B Turbo and u will have plenty of power!!!

One turbo per rotor.
That's much better than no answer at all.

Exhaust goes into the first one and then gets rerouted into the second one. That is of course what you would like to do on a rotary or inline 4.

I have a turbo on each exhaust tip with piping that extends over the top of my car into the vents in my hood to a twin-intake supercharger system. Can you say 950RWHP? Stock tranny, my buddy Frank says itll last forever.

Just do Jihad in the name of the Renesis and blow yourself to bits. Pretty much the same results if you're going to go over the top with this.

Don't you just hate it when people call somebody ignorant when they don't have a clue?

It's called compound boosting... old concept used for diesel engines, but recently made popular in the tuning world by the 03-04 "Terminator" Mustang Cobra. The setups have a turbo or twin turbos, and keep the roots blower in place. Look up "Hellion"

44psi twin turbo hellion on race gas. Yes, that says 1,188 rwhp and 1,015 lb-ft. That's on top of the stock long block.

Foot. Mouth. Put.

Back to your regularly scheduled "twin turbo" discussion.

yeah I used to own a hyundia tiburon before my 8 and on their forum they had a tiburon that had a sc/turbo combo. Insane setup... I'd rather just stick one turbo though

The fact that it's a Renesis is irrelevant. A sequential twin turbo setup is very possible and when done properly a single turbo won't compare with how fat the powerband will be. It wil take a custom exhaust manifold, custom plumbing, custom controls, and an aftermarket controller integrated with the OE PCM.
