Peripheral intake ports don't have to be done, it can be peripheral exhaust ports only. Yes these are MSP rotor housings.

So OEM side intake & exhaust ports + small peripheral exhaust ports + turbo =

Should be great on power, if only low compression rotors could be used. When would you have results on all this?

Might get to put these into action soon. A forum member is looking for 500+rwhp, we will see if it can go higher...

I have seen an 430RWHP, Turbo-2 FD motor in an RX-8, it was awesome.

I would love to do a swap. Spending the money and actually doing it right would be great. Impossible to do in Cali though. So im contemplating options right now.

Low compression rotors can be used in a Renesis, I have about 20K miles on a set of Turbo 2 rotors in my current engine; the rotors did get gas control rings machined into the sides of the RX-7 rotors, but low compression rotors are do-able in the 8.

Yeah I do remember reading your thread or someones thread on Low comp rotors. Only thing im worried about is the issue of smog.

He doesn't live in an area that has to worry about emission checks.

Yeah I know he doesn't, I was just stating that I do. There is a lot of ways to get around it, it's just a hassle.

Going to be started a n/a build soon with the pport exhaust sleeves to see what kind of difference it makes. Current plan is to block off center exhaust port, and build a custom header..
