PCM cooling pipe?

PCM cooling pipe?
what do people do with this when they fit intercoolers or the MS front bar?
The battery pipe I can chuck out and it's not really in the way as it sits further back but the PCM cooling pipe is right where the cooler sits.
any suggestions?

find some way to cool the engines computer(any idea how hot that thing gets?) and stuff and you have better insulate the battery or move it.
