Anyone test fitted one yet ?
Nice touch adding the BNR logo - it does look remarkably like BHR though ....

It fits but but the actuator boost line rubs the frame so hat to turn the actuator 180 degree.

So I will just flip the actuator around and it will work . No big deal.

I have all my wastegate brackets with the out line of my logo on them. Had that logo for over 9 years now. I don't see an H in the middle though. It looks like an N to me .

BNR Supercars website, just Google the name (bit of drama for having the link in the thread, y'know).

Silly question: how much more is a full unit, no core? Looking at a Greddy piping kit that is missing the turbo itself.

Any word on if the new actuator has solved the holding boost problem?

Have several dyno pulls with the boost profile. It peaks a touch over 12 and then drops to 10 to redline.

So even after the holding boost issue has been rectified it is still just a mod for reliability?

Yes, though I know for a fact it will do over 300 at 9-11 PSI. The reason to get it is because it won't take a **** after only 8000 miles.

It would certainly seem that way from the results thus far . However , it is my firm belief that it just requires someone to come up with the right 'recipe' to make the thing perform the way it should.

A few subtle mods might be all that is required to do the trick.........

Questions:
How many of the BNR owners have rebuilt/modified the stock Greddy turbo inlet (51mm dia)to match the 60mm bored out casting ?
How many have tried modifying the turbo outlet to get rid of the brick wall that is the Greddy outlet ?
How many have fitted a larger intercooler ?
How many have increased the size of the 50mm pipe to the intercooler ?
How many have done the wastegate mod I have had such great success with for the last 2yrs ?
Does anyone know how much boost is at the turbo at the point that it stops making power ?

Until somebody starts trialing some of these things and measuring the results etc the BNR upgrade is never going to reach it's potential .

I wouldn't assume that there is nobody out there pushing it. I think it's just that they aren't posting on here.
The reason I'm asking about this upgrade is I have te greddy turbo kit sitting in my garage. Not installing it until I get a rebuild.
Just wanting to see how much power I can get out of this upgrade.
Or thinking on going with a 3071r. Just unsure on where to source one.

Maybe there is someone out there that has done wonders with it - if they have it has not been reported on here . There are plenty on here that have had it though .

Jcab and Kane...what boost are u running just for daily driving?
Was the 11psi just for a dyno pull or r u actually driving around with that comfortably all the time?
