Question I have a few questions about the PTP turbo

I looked all around for the PTP turbo online and i couldnt find a link that would direct me where to buy it.

Also is this the best turbo to use for a daily driver? I go to the drag track almost weekly but this is still my daily driver.

Do i need to do anything additional to prepare my engine for the turbo? or does the kit come with everything?

The home page is http://www.tuningmotorsports.com/home.php
They used to post the turbo kit on the main home page, but for some reason the kit has been removed (even from the PTP section). If you are interested in this kit, call them to find out whats going on.
I think most would agree that the MazSport turbo kit would be the way to go, not to mention more reliable (I know that Greddy with some addictions would work too).

if you're doing drag racing you bought the wrong car.

Unless you want to be super unique?

Yeah not a good drag car, terrible from a dead stop. Have fun with your wheel hop if you try to go from a rpm above 3500.

You would have to change the cars suspension configuration severly if you wanted to be fast in the 1/4 mile, but it would kill the high speed handling of the car.

With these turbo kits, if you were to race someone while driving on the highway from a 20-40 mph roll you would beat a lot of cars. Even with the way the car it is right now you can keep up with faster cars from a rolling start just not from a dead stop.

Well maybe i should restate my question...what turbo would be best for a daily driven car. I was thinking about getting the greddy turbo but the dyno didnt show the whp and torque that i would expect from a turbo. I did see that you can upgrade the greddy turbo though. Is it worth it to upgrade right away???

That's because it's a kit designed to 6-7 psi. At 7 psi the GReddy kit can make around 240-rwhp, and stock is around 180-rwhp, so that's a 60-rwhp increase on just 7 psi.
