My mechanic usually have a few injectors on stock,

I just payed to him.............

I maked a few call and try to find them on the internet and they are not easy to find!

Remember you would need to make a custom fuel rail...................

Was the fuel rail a necessity due to the size of your injectors you were using or a necessity for ANY upgrade of the fuel system?

The new injectors are bigger................when we installed the walbro 255, I also installed a bigger fuel line . I keep the factory fuel line as a return line.
Basically I upgrade the complete fuel system.

Anybody know where I can get a Universal AEM fuel rail, I can't find any one who sells it. I've got a aeromotive fuel pressure regulator according to Yaw power products, http://www.yawpower.com/renespic.html, this is done elrectronicly, how do we bypass this? Also RX8PR are you running the factory fuel pump? I've got a 20B fuel pump not sure if I can make it work with the RX-8 though.

I just got back from a tuning session yesterday. It seemed as if there was not enough fuel to safely boost past 10psi. I am running much less boost then that, but just though i throw in my 2cents.

No, I upgraded the complete fuel system. I use a walbro 255 fuel pump and installed a bigger fuel line and keep the factory fuel line as return line. I have a fuel pressure regulator with vaccum, for each pound of boost we put one pound of fuel. The walbro 255 fit perfectly on the factory fuel case but you would need to make a custom work to put to work as the factory pump.

Read my thread and you can see the process and all that we do to upgrade the fuel system.

About the fuel rail any machine shop can make to you a custom fuel rail, is not expensive.

I want to go withe RC engineering 750cc injectors, which should I use "peak and hold" or "Saturated"? Keep in mind my goal is 400hp with these and my T-61 dual ball bearing turbo, but it is still my daily driver.

Horse,

Our injectors are high resistance/saturated injectors.

Unfortunately there is no local machine shop here that can handle this for me. So I planned on getting the AEM Universail fuel rails but I can't find any dealers that have them, AEM makes them but I can't find anyone who sells them.

I never buyed a universal fuel rail, I always use custom one's. But I maked a yahoo search
for AEM fuel rail and I find a few suppliers. I don't see and "universal" one, all of them are
for specific car models.

I've got an idea and I'm going to see if I can pull a few strings tomorrow, I'll let you know how it goes.
