HELP!! need advice on where to install water/meth injection

Hello everyone! I just had my Esmeril racing turbo kit installed on my rx8 and i am going to pick it up on Saturday! I bought a snow performance boost cooler but it was not installed because the mechanic said there was absolutely no room left to put the reservoir tank in. I saw a picture online somewhere and the guy had his water/meth tank where the windshield wiper fluid used to be. Does anyone have any advice as to where the best place to install this would be? Thanks in advance everyone!

use the windshield washer tank, make a custom setup so you can mount 2 tanks there (washer fluid and w/m), or remote mount the tank in the trunk.

i have mine remote mounted in the trunk--use a gallon tank or more if you planning on road racing.
the w/m line can be routed through the interior (trans tunnel or door sill).
Take it seriously and set it up properly. It can be of great help or it can cause problems.

I have the Snow Performance with the Esmeril Kit as well...I relocated my battery to the trunk and fit the resvoir next to my fusebox, to the right of the inake piping.. I mounted the pump upside down so the pump would be lower than the resevoir..I bought a throttle body spacer that had nozzle fiting built in from BHR..I had to get the optional solenoid from Snow, because I was pipng in after the butterfly and there's suction at idle..From what I've read about others using the same system, use the middle or smallest size nozzle..Christian from Esmeril can tell you the right size for your application. He's the man! I give Esmeril a lot of credit..Christian knows his stuff and never seems to be to busy to help a guy out. Hope this helps..

if possible put the w/m noozles as close to the port as you can. We have extremely long intake runners in comparasion to other cars, plus valves. That makes pooling of droplets more likely.
Although this engine is extremely tolerate to w/m injection ( in error I use 1 gallon of mix in 10 miles on the street with no symptoms/hiccups etc) over time this pooling can cause deposit formation etc and is overall just not good.
Honestly, now, I dont like using it. But, I have to admit that it has value.
I dont understand how the tune would ever be spot on unless its tuned for the w/m.

Thanks everyone for your advice! What I've decided to do is mount both the reservoir tank and pump in my trunk. I built a bracket to hold the tank in and mounted the pump right below it. I also had to order the solenoid and longer tubing from snow performance. But the one thing I'm wondering is which ignition line I have to tap into with the water/meth?? Thanks a lot guys youve been a great help!

The turbo kit? Or the water/meth? I ordered the entire turbo kit with microtech EMS and I upgraded to the ball bearing turbo. I also have Esmerils upgraded ignition system. I'll be installing a turbosmart

I'll be installing a turbosmart dual stage manual boost controller as well and I have the racing beat ash tray gauge pod. My water/meth system is the stage 3 with octane booster. I had a friend of mine install everything for a very good price(400 bucks)
