good results! I wouldn't have thought GReddy left that much more power (tuning) in the kit...I was sure Philodox had an exhaust too - a 30hp difference though? wow!

We have no idea what his car 'pulls'.
e/t's are a function of driver anyway, not of the car. Those were GTech runs, btw. They are invalid except if he had done before/after comparisons.

Those A/F's are really lean and would not do that on a daily basis. Even with colder plugs its not going to help.

Just to bring light to the subject. Yesterday I met RX8PR in Manati, PR. I went with my car RX8 2005 6M stock and RX8PR brought his car (Greedy Turbo, pulleys, clutch ........ and a lot of other stuff everybody should know by now). I drove the car and it is amazing the difference, the quick response of the car on the low gears seems like another car, specially when I went back home in my stock RX8. The issue with the ET on the 1/4 mile, really is related to traction and not to power believe me. Currently he got 19 inches wheels and the tires cannot handle the power. He will be working on the traction issue, currently he is on bussines travel but he should be back next week. RX8PR, THANKS A LOT FOR THE RIDE AND THE EXPERIENCE.

No, not at all. I think it is important to know the oportunities and the limitations, and I know my limitations. I believe that with good traction his car should be in the low's 13.

I just arrive to Puerto Rico from my business trip to Venezuela,

As ROTORPR mention in first gear and full throttle the car can't handle the power
without spinning the tires.........
I'm using Hankook Ventus sport K104 265/30ZR19 tires probably we can use other
tires or size that can help.
ROTORPR drives the car by himself and he also spins the tires..............
Is not a driver issue........

Tomorrow morning I'm going to the USPS to pick up the boost controller
We’re going to install it and make a few dyno runs.............
I would notice in this thread if we see improvements...........

Our current A/F are near 12.1-12.4 (at the max. HP point and when the car is hot)
We tuned manually the emanage to get better results.......
But the job is not finished we like to tune the emanage with the emanage not manually.........

Thank you for your help and comments,

Manuel

Manuel, have you tried those rear wheels on the front? I'm looking at running those exact rear wheels all around in my car. Not into the staggered look. I will be using 255's all around though.
Thanks, and I can't wait to see the dyno results.

The problem is that my wheels are one inch bigger on the rear, my combination is:

Front : 9.5 235/35ZR19
Rear : 10.5 265/30ZR19

Definedly I would change to other tire size when need to change the actual one's

I'm thinking to try some 1/4 times using the stock wheels..........................

Thanks,

Manuel

Holy crap those are huge rims ! I have those same tire sizes but with 8.5" & 9.5" rims. I think your 1/4 mile times will definitely suffer if you go back to 225's. You will not get any kind of traction at all with the turbo setup you have now. I'm was breaking traction all the time with my 225's before I went in in tire size. Even now I can break my back tires loose & I am still about 40 hp down from you.
