fi/nitrous question

i was just womdering if anyone running a fi setup or nitrous needed a new engine and got it replaced under warrenty from mazda?

I would think not unless they removed all N2O/FI gear prior to bringing it in for service.

There's a reason Synaptic3's slogan is "proudly voiding warranties since ..."

Seriously, if you can't afford a new motor and you go FI you are an idiot, and I hope the dealer finds out and hammers you.

I (and I am sure I speak for most of us) do not feel like paying for your mistake when we go to buy a new Mazda part, or car. This ain't welfare.

it was just a question. im not fi and do not need a new motor. just curious if this happened to anyone with these type of power adders.

Wow, well played.

OP,
IIRC a few people have broken their UIM's by either using a bigger jet or coming off of full throttle while spraying....but no new engines...
