But this still doesn't help point me in the correct direction with what is going on. Maybe I'll try to get a YouTube clip if I have time soon.
That is a big un-metered air issue right there .
You should be running them both off the AEM connections - post maf .

sorry for the threadjack, but you might want to consider conversing with your tuner direct by email or phone rather than a forum thread
can't really tell where that pre-MAF hose connection is going as mentioned by Brettus. All that was discussed early in the thread.

Im waiting for tomorrows session with MM. Its just really weird to get so many different results and opinions. I also know its hard without seeing the vehicle, a reasonable explanation will be difficult to find.
It was , but I don't believe F&F was part of that discussion

The hose is a breather that is pre-turbo. We are reusing the AEM MAF tube which has the 3 spots for hoses, and the kit came with the 3" with 2 breather hose nipples and 1 on the air filter. We just capped the one on the AEM.
No you can't really tell - it could be the breather hose that is pre turbo which would be OK . But it is extremely easy to check and if it were his OMP it would be an issue - so I thought it prudent to point that out.

Another Update:
Still runs with MAF unplugged....its crazy rich. We swapped in a new MAF sensor, still same issues.
Jeff, We tried unplugging the o2 sensor with no change.

Using the stock yellows and the 1k cc in the center of the 4 injector rail. Up to 4k rpms the car cuts fuel and stalls. It won't go above it without hesitation....which im not going to force it to.
IMO you're better off using matched injectors in all 4 positions because there's only one latency table that controls all 4 of these injectors.
Get all 4 of your stock yellows upgraded by KG Parts, it's only $25 per injector and they should flow around 800cc's.
What injectors are you using in the Primaries/P1 position?
What do your AFR's look like while this is occurring? Do you have an AFR gauge? If not, you should, if don't have one do a couple short data logs with the Accessport and post them here, that will give us something to go off of.
Almost sounds like it's going pig rich and bogging down and stalling out, have you pulled your plugs out recently? They could be fouled.
If it is running rich and you put in new plugs they will likely foul very quickly especially if you use a colder plug.
Also, how many miles are on the car, has the front O2 sensor ever been replaced?

In almost every single cell of those data logs your car is running extremely lean. You should only be seeing an AFR 15+ when decelerating. When the car is under any load your AFR should be between about 11.2 and 14.8. For example it would be around 14.8 while cruising or at idle and under WOT it would be around 11.2, exact numbers depend on tuning. The lower the number the richer the car is running, the higher the number the leaner the car is running.
Either your front O2 Sensor is bad or you have a serious tuning issue. My guess would be the O2 Sensor.
Another question are you getting any Misfires? Flashing CEL?

Clearly, this is NOT what the actual AFRs are or the car wouldn't be running at all.
This is the issue we have been dealing with since day one.

We haven't replaced the O2 sensor yet, everything was fine with it prior to the turbo being installed.
No CEL's, or misfires. The current plugs have maybe 5-8k miles on them. I do have a set of colder plugs to go in once the tuning is progressing.

That's pretty cheap for a Front O2 Sensor, just make sure it's the correct one, if it is that's a great price though.
