DashDAQ series II
I have followed this product for a while. And it seems very flexible. I talked with them a few months ago, and they said it has a video pass through function. I am not sure all the details. Seems like it would be great to replace the current NAV LCD.

That looks amazing. Very early in its development but none the less, I am going to spend some time asking some questions and will most likely (all going well) get one. Thanks for the link

well ok then i suppose i need to talk about this- even tho im not ready really just yet
ive carried on various conversations with with the folks at drew tech over the years and with Brian Herron there and at his previous place of employment (a flash company)
Im currently working with them to become a dealer of the DashDaqII and will hopefully be running a GB soon.
First im working with them and a couple of aftermarket engine management sellers to add support for the 2 most commonly used ones in our little world. Imagine being able to watch and log in real time the data from your PCM and from your InterceptorX or Emanage Ultimate together in one unit- and also switch over to gps nav; (coming 2nd quarter 2008)
or watch your oil temp/pressure and water temp or your AF from your aftermarket sensors right on that screen and also log them etc. ( i talked to them about this feature 2 years ago
here's a list of currently supported add ons http://www.dashdaq.com/features/whofor.htm

Yeah this gadget has really appealled to me. Display pretty much any gauge you want, that in itself will pay for it, since gauges are expensive. That and also displaying the NAV, so you only have 1 LCD, in a nice location too.
The datalogging is nice, since you can use a flash card to store it.
Should be a very successful unit, in all communities.
I hope the GB goes well so that you have more in the future.
