Clutch problem with RE motor swap

I have a 13b re motor bolted to my 6sp gearbox using a lightweight flywheel and single plate heavy duty clutch. when the clutch pedal is pushed to the floor the clutch doesnt fully disengage, i have fully bled the system several times and has not made a difference. can anyone please help me?

I kind of had the same problem. I took the actuator rod from the pump/piston that's located on the outer side of the transmission(right behind the oil pedestal) and made the same exact rod but longer. I believe this is the same problem that you're having.

so i noticed that on the little rod that pushes the master cylinder it has thread for some adjustment so i wound it all the way out which gave me just enough to make the clutch fully disengage, but now how do i know if the throw out bearing is going to constantly ride on the clutch
